Basic Residential Cleaning package

Service Description

This service includes 4 hours of in space deep cleaning execution by the assigned house cleaner. Your assigned house cleaners can service any of the following basic living spaces in your home: Living space, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and bedrooms. Your assigned house cleaner will service the requested space(s) by Dusting of all furniture and surface areas Mopping/vacuuming/sweeping of floors Bathrooms: Toilet, shower, tub, glass, mirrors, floors, counters and fixtures will be cleaned, scrubbed and sanitized Wipe outside surfaces of all kitchen appliances (Stove/oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher) Please be advised: The levels of dust, dirt, pet hair, and usage of the home may affect the time of cleaning. Additional hours of cleaning may be purchased at $25 - $40 per hour depending on size of home and services required. ***This service does not include washing dishes, declutter, organizing or laundry services. *** It is our goal to complete your requested service within the time estimated on your invoice however actual hours and time may vary depending on amount of cleaning services required in the home. A home beyond normal living conditions will require more hours of service. This service does not include any declutter or organizing services. Closets are not included. Pantry not included. Home offices, and laundry rooms are not included, they may be added for additional fee. *****ADD ON CLEANING SERVICES SUCH AS OVEN DEEP CLEANING, PETS, CARPET CLEANING, DISHES, TRASH REMOVAL, LAUNDRY, DE-CLUTTER, AND ORGANIZATION, ETC. MAY BE ADDED TO YOUR QUOTE AS A DISCOUNTED SERVICE BASED ON AVAILABLITY.
